Donate

One of the primary goals of the Mototaxi Junket is to raise money for charities around the world. I will be raising money to support two charities which help children in need: S.O.S. Children’s Villages and Cool Earth, which you can read about on our Charities page.

Goal

Goal: $3550 / $3,000

UPDATE October 18th – As I crossed the finish line, I checked the donations and found that not only had we passed the $3,000 goal – we beat it by $500! Amazing! Thank you all. 75 people donated, and I gave out a rubber ducky on each and everyone’s behalf. HOWEVER, if you’d still like to donate, I’m happy to give more money to SOS Children’s Villages and Cool Earth. I’m going to leave the donation page up for another week or so! Let’s pass $4,000!

UPDATE October 15th – We’ve hit 75%! Four more days of the junket left…let’s do this!

UPDATE October 13th – Thank you to everyone who has donated the past few days! We’re now at $1420 smackeroos…with 6 more days of junket left. Help me reach my goal of $3000 by the end of the Mototaxi Junket!

UPDATE October 9th – A few more people have donated, and now we’re now sitting pretty at $800. I’m about 1/4 of the way through the Junket and almost 1/3rd of the way to my goal, so we’re keeping pace. Please share this page and keep the donations coming in!

UPDATE October 6th – On the first day of the junket, you all helped me raise $530! Over 1/6th of the way to my goal. Thank you everyone!

UPDATE October 5th – The Mototaxi Junket starts today, and I am just starting to collect donations. Help me raise my goal by the end of the junket! Please share this with your friends and family. 🙂

Sponsor a Rubber Ducky!

My team name is The Rubber Duckies, and in order to spur donations, I’m bringing a whole bunch of rubber duckies along with us on our journey.

If you donate $25 or more, we will bring your own personalized rubber ducky on the Junket with us!

You get to name your Rubber Ducky, and I will keep you updated on your duck as we make our way across Peru. I plan to distribute the ducks throughout the rally — give them to children or friends I meet along the way — and we’ll take a picture of where each and every duck ends up! When I give away your duck, we’ll send you a picture and make a post about it here on our website. This is a great way to come along on the rally in spirit, and explore Peru along with me…not to mention that you will also be helping children in need. Win-win!

Use the form below to make your donation. These funds will go to support S.O.S. Children’s Villages, Cool Earth. You’ll be able to pick a name for your rubber ducky as well. 🙂
